This Flamingo Estates Jasmine Rose Brick is sustainably sourced from the waters of Big Sur. A friend Carlo Overhulser harvests evaporating seawater, which contains a complex mixture of minerals, trace elements, and organic matter that are unique to each ocean and region. His process of evaporation concentrates these components in a painstaking process, resulting in a distinctive texture.
